With 20 years of experience cutting light and rigging cameras, we've seen and done it all. We have rigged planes, trains, and automobiles, shaping the light to build the atmosphere and desired effect you want. We're here to bring new light to your next project!

The good grip company came from small beginnings. Jordan Gehrig, the founder and CEO, started gripping in the Colorado commercial market back in 2006. After years of honing his skills he made the leap to Atlanta, Georgia, to work on big film and television projects. He went from rigging cars for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, working with Paleontologists for NOVA, to rigging cars for Ford vs Ferrari and gripping on Ozark. His knowledge of lighting and camera support is expansive, but still growing and adapting every day. We at the good grip company have done it all, everything from mom and pop diner commercials and music videos to blockbuster tv series and movies.
